No. We assess each case on its specific facts and give you an honest answer on whether a challenge is legally viable. Where grounds are not there, we say so clearly and promptly at no cost. Our value lies in identifying challengeable cases that have been overlooked  not in promising outcomes we cannot guarantee. Our published guarantee sets out what you can expect from us at every stage.
What happens to my client relationship during the process?
You remain the relationship owner throughout. We work with your client on the specific legal mechanism and report back to you at each material stage. You will know what is happening, what the next step is, and what the realistic timeline looks like. All client information shared at the referral stage is treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with our privacy policy and ICO registration.
What types of CCJ do you handle?
We specialise in CCJs arising from service charges and leasehold disputes, private parking charges, disputed invoices and business debts, utility bills, credits and loans, and CCJs affecting immigration applications including ILR, visa renewals and British citizenship. We do not provide general credit repair services and we do not act on all CCJ matters. If a case falls outside our specialism, we will say so clearly at the assessment stage.
